The Ocean Is Getting Louder… and That Might Be a Good Thing..

For a long time, humans have been making the ocean unbearably loud for marine life, with ships, oil drilling, and sonar disturbing animals that rely on sound to survive. But in 2023, researchers noticed that parts of the ocean were becoming louder in a different way. Whales, dolphins, and other sea creatures are adapting and making their voices heard again. Some species are even changing their calls to work around the noise pollution.

My Take: Nature always finds a way to fight back. Even in a world full of chaos, animals do not just sit back and accept it, they adjust. If whales can figure out how to communicate in a noisy world, maybe there is hope for us too.
